As a personal trainer with over nine years of experience, my enthusiasm in training gears towards improving my clients’ quality of life. I graduated from Bowling Green with a degree in Exercise Science in 2017. Known for my motivating coaching style and deep understanding of body mechanics, I have helped numerous individuals transform their lives through fitness. My approach not only includes physical fitness, but nutrition and lifestyle changes as well. I have successfully trained a variety of clients from beginners to athletes, tailoring personalized plans that ensure progress and sustainable results. In my spare time, I enjoy strength training myself as well as staying up- to- date with the latest in health and fitness.
